In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, the following information is provided regarding the processing of your personal data.

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

What data do we process?

At PALMA CONSULTORES JURÍDICOS S.L. we process the personal data that you provide by completing the forms available on this website, personal data arising from the provision or contracting of our services or products and/or personal data arising from the commercial relationship that you maintain with us. We also process personal data generated in the context of your activity on our website, including browsing data obtained through the website.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Management and maintenance of the services provided through the website.
  • Management and handling of enquiries and requests for information made by users through the contact form. The email address and personal data that you provide through the website contact form will be used exclusively to respond to the enquiries submitted through this channel.
  • Compliance with applicable legal obligations.

  • Management of requests for information or quotations regarding our services or products.

How long will we retain your personal data?

We keep your personal data in our systems and files for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing and to comply with applicable legislation. What is the lawful basis for processing your data?

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is based on:

  • The performance and maintenance of a contractual and commercial relationship with you, such as the contracting of the entity's products and services and the management and request of quotations, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
  • Your express consent for one or more purposes, such as sending advertising communications or own or third-party newsletters, managing CV submissions, or participation in activities or competitions, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
  • The pursuit of legitimate interests of the controller or a third party, for example for security reasons, to improve our services or to manage requests and enquiries.

During data collection, and at every point on the website where personal data are requested, the user will be informed, either through a link or through appropriate wording in the form itself, whether providing the requested personal data is mandatory.

Personal data requested in website forms are generally mandatory, unless a required field states otherwise, in order to fulfil the stated purposes. If the requested personal data are not provided, or are not provided correctly, the corresponding request cannot be processed.

To whom will your data be disclosed?

As a general rule, your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party outside the entity unless there is a legal obligation to do so. You expressly accept the inclusion of personal data collected while browsing the website and/or provided by completing any form, as well as data arising from a possible commercial relationship, in the entity's automated personal-data files.

The entity guarantees the confidentiality of users' personal data. Nevertheless, the entity will disclose personal data and any other information in its possession or accessible through its systems to competent public authorities when required in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions. Personal data may remain in files owned by PALMA CONSULTORES JURÍDICOS S.L. even after commercial relations formalised through the entity's website have ended, exclusively for the purposes stated above and, in any case, for the legally established periods and at the disposal of administrative or judicial authorities.

Use of social networks

When you interact with our website through social networks, for example when you connect to or follow us or share our content on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram or others, we may receive information from those social networks, including information about your profile, the user ID associated with your account and any other public information that you allow to be shared with third parties on the social network.

The entity uses social networks to provide information about the services it offers and about other activities or events that it wishes to publicise, but it will not obtain personal data of users who interact there unless there is express authorisation.

These data are used only within the social network itself and are not incorporated into any processing system.

If registration and/or access takes place through a social-network account, the entity may collect and access certain information from your user profile on the corresponding social network solely for the purposes indicated above.
